Currently, Biocross do Brasil Fertilizantes is participating in the social project "Empresa Amiga da Amazônia". We have received the Eco-Friendly seal for supporting a social project of the Castanha Textile Company in Castanhal – State of Pará – Brazil, in partnership with Ecobags Brasil, which involves 15,000 families of riverside inhabitants of the Amazon region who care for Juta planting, harvesting, spinning and weaving, aiming at the sustainable development of one of the most deprived regions of Brazil, maintaining hospitals, daycare centers and schools. All work is certified by international agencies, following strict norms of occupational health.
The adoption of sustainability actions guarantees, in the medium and long term, a planet in good conditions for the development of the several forms of life, the human life inclusively. It guarantees the necessary natural resources for the next generations, enabling the maintenance of natural resources (forests, forests, rivers, lakes, oceans), ensuring a good quality of life for the future generations.
